Project Overview
Set across an 88-acre brownfield site, the wider masterplan will deliver thousands of new homes alongside commercial spaces, a primary school, health centre, community facilities and extensive public parkland.
Phase 3 comprises 645 residential units across 10 buildings ranging from 3 to 13 storeys, adding greatly to the growing community. The phase forms an important part of Berkeley Group’s long-term vision to create a nature-led neighbourhood, incorporating over 13 acres of parkland and more than 1km of canal frontage.
Supporting MEB Building Services
Brymec worked alongside MEB Building Services and EDC Engineering Design Consultants to support the delivery of the internal plumbing system throughout Phase 3.
Our involvement centred on the manufacture and distribution of key mechanical plumbing systems, including Copper Press-fit systems, Stainless Steel Press-fit systems and Lever Ball Valves.
Together, these systems provided a coordinated internal plumbing solution across the residential development, supporting the requirements of a large-scale, multi-block scheme.
As a manufacturer operating across multiple piping materials, Brymec provided consistent system compatibility throughout the project and supported the contractor with a streamlined procurement process for essential plumbing components.
Managing a Large Phased Development
With 645 residential units delivered across multiple buildings, sustaining a reliable flow of materials is necessary to support installation programmes and avoid delays.
Located in West London, The Green Quarter forms part of a busy urban construction environment where site logistics, delivery scheduling and programme coordination must be properly managed alongside ongoing development activity across the wider masterplan.
Through our central distribution centre in Gatwick, Brymec coordinated the supply and delivery of systems to support MEB Building Services throughout the project. By combining manufacturing capability with distributor agility, we provided a dependable route from production through to site delivery, guaranteeing critical plumbing systems remained available when required.
The Outcome
By supplying Copper Press-fit, Stainless-Steel Press-fit, and Lever Ball Valve systems for Phase 3, Brymec helped deliver 645 new homes within one of West London’s most significant regeneration schemes.
The project showcases our ability to support large-scale residential developments by manufacturing and delivering integrated plumbing systems while collaborating with consultants, contractors, and developers at every stage of the supply chain.
