Delivery information
Once your order is placed, your delivery date will be confirmed. On the morning of delivery, you’ll receive a time slot via email and SMS, including a live tracking link so you can follow the delivery in real time. If your site requires a specific booking slot, please ensure you request this from the team.
Same day delivery
If the item is in stock and your location is within our transport range, we can often arrange same-day delivery. Please note that same-day deliveries may incur an additional charge. Provide your postcode and timing requirements so we can confirm availability and cost.
Delivery timing and tracking
Your order will be delivered the next working day when ordered by 5pm. You will receive delivery notifications, including a 2-hour delivery slot. You will also be able to see Proof of Delivery against each order.
Orders must be placed by 5pm.
Proof of Delivery (POD) can be found by signing in to your account area and clicking on ‘Transactions’.
Once logged in to your account on MyBrymec Portal you can check Proof of Delivery (POD) by navigating to the orders section of your account found in the top black navigation menu.
Standard deliveries are next-day nationwide with a majority delivered before mid-day. Urgent same-day delivery may be possible depending on stock and location. We’ll always confirm the earliest available if specific times are needed.
We can investigate and provide an update. If your delivery is due today, please first check the live tracking link sent via email and SMS on the morning of delivery. Delays can sometimes be due to stock availability, routing, or site access. If you still need help, please contact our customer care team an quote your purchase order or reference number.
Delivery options
Yes. We can arrange collection from our distribution location near to Gatwick and prepare your order ahead of time for quick pick-up. Please contact sales via phone or email before visiting. All stock is held at our one location.
For certain ranges we can arrange direct-to-site deliveries from factories, often speeding up fulfilment of bulky or specialist items.

Delivery costs and packaging
Environmental Small Order Contributions may be applied for orders under £150. Courier deliveries will also incur a charge, which varies depending on order value, location, and product type. All delivery-related costs will be confirmed before dispatch.
Items are securely packaged in cardboard boxes or similar and palletised when necessary. Lengths may be bundled or supplied loose depending on the quantity. If you have site access restrictions or special requirements, please let us know.
A small contribution may apply to lower-value orders to help reduce waste and encourage consolidated deliveries. This will be shown clearly on your quote or order.
