Luke Reiner
Luke Reiner is CEO of Brymec and a member of the founding family. Having spent his entire career within the business, he has played a central role in shaping Brymec’s evolution from a traditional supplier into a systems-led manufacturer and partner to the building services industry.
In addition to leading Brymec, Luke also works as a business strategy consultant, bringing external commercial insight and strategic thinking into the organisation. His focus is on driving long-term growth, strengthening Brymec’s position as a complete systems solution provider, and ensuring the business continues to lead through innovation, customer alignment, and operational excellence.

Glen Reiner
Glen Reiner is a Director of Brymec and a member of the founding family, with over a decade of leadership experience within the business. He has been an integral part of Brymec’s growth, contributing across multiple areas of the organisation as it has expanded its product offering and capability.
With a strong operational and commercial background, Glen has helped shape the company’s approach to manufacturing, supply chain, and customer delivery. His long-standing involvement continues to support Brymec’s commitment to quality, reliability, and a customer-first approach.

Graham Reiner
Graham Reiner, son of Brymec’s founder Brian Reiner, has been part of the business from the very beginning—dedicating his career to its growth and development. Over the years, he has played a key role in shaping Brymec, helping transform it from a family-run operation into a national business.
Having brought his son, Luke, into the company to continue that legacy, Graham now serves as Honorary Chairman. In this role, he continues to provide guidance and perspective, drawing on decades of experience to support the ongoing evolution of the business.

Dale Gardiner
Dale Gardiner is General Manager at Brymec, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the business delivers consistently high levels of service across all areas. Having progressed from customer service through to senior commercial roles within the company, he brings a strong understanding of both the operational and financial drivers of the business.
With a background spanning business management, construction skills, and finance, Dale plays a key role in aligning teams across the organisation to deliver performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Director of International Operations
Ken Austin
Ken Austin leads Brymec’s international supply chain operations, bringing extensive experience in global logistics, customer service, warehousing, and materials management. He is responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service through efficient sourcing, movement, and availability of products across Brymec’s network.
With a strong background in supply chain management and operational processes, Ken plays a critical role in supporting Brymec’s service reliability and scalability, ensuring customers benefit from consistent availability and streamlined delivery.

Edward Price
Edward Price is Director of Sales and Marketing at Brymec, responsible for driving growth through aligned commercial and brand strategy. He leads the development of customer-focused initiatives that strengthen market presence and support long-term business expansion.
With a background in sales, marketing, and strategic development, Edward focuses on building customer relationships, enhancing brand positioning, and delivering insight-led campaigns that reflect Brymec’s ambition and energy within the M&E sector.
