Solving real problems on site
We design our products to meet the practical challenges of real-world installation. The Manifold Tee was sparked by a site visit, a conversation, and a simple sketch that became a breakthrough solution.
When our Key Account Manager, Nathan Gardiner, visited a customer, he listened to their frustrations around the time and effort needed to fabricate custom manifolds. That conversation led to a new idea – a fitting that could be integrated into our existing Copper Press system to address the problem at its root.
The design concept was developed through collaborative sketches and brainstorming sessions with the CEO, Technical Team, and R&D Department. After refining the concept and working closely with our factory’s product development and testing teams, the design was brought to life. Following rigorous performance testing and gaining WRAS approval, the new Manifold Tee was successfully launched to market.
