Supporting Building Services Projects End-To-End

Alongside the launch of Brymec’s new website in 2026, investment in the MyBrymec Portal and the Technical Resource Library is helping consultants and contractors access the information, tools, and support they need, from design to project completion.

A Connected Approach to Project Delivery

Whether evaluating system options, preparing technical submissions, or procuring products for site, consultants and contractors need quick access to reliable information that enables informed decision-making.

As Brymec has continued to grow, so too has our focus on supporting building services professionals at every stage of a project. From initial design and product selection through to detailed specifications, system coordination, and compliance to UK standards, our aim is to provide a connected experience underpinned by accurate information, efficient communication, and dependable supply.

The launch of our new website in June 2026 marked another step in that journey, bringing together the MyBrymec Portal, the Technical Resource Library and our wider digital infrastructure into a single, connected platform.

Supporting Consultants Earlier in the Process

Modern projects demand a growing range of resources, including specification clauses, BIM files, CAD drawings, certifications, EPDs, installation guidance, and more.

Traditionally, that information can be spread across multiple systems, making it difficult to locate and manage. The Brymec Technical Resource Library has been developed to address this challenge. It allows consultants and contractors to access information across multiple systems simultaneously, supporting the coordinated approach increasingly required on modern building services projects.

And because the platform connects directly to Brymec’s internal systems, resources remain continually updated, helping to ensure users have access to the latest available information when preparing project documentation or designs.

Making Procurement Simpler for Contractors

Product availability, procurement control, and site logistics all play an important role in keeping programmes on track.

The MyBrymec Portal has been developed to help streamline these processes, giving customers greater control over how products are quoted, ordered, and managed across projects.

From project-specific quotations and spend visibility through to order approvals, invoice management, and delivery tracking, the platform supports a more efficient approach to procurement while maintaining the flexibility required on live construction projects.

The portal also enables businesses to assign different user permissions and approval levels across teams, helping maintain purchasing controls while ensuring individuals have access to the tools and information relevant to their role.

Features such as project allocation, favourites lists, Excel uploads, and What3Words delivery locations have been introduced to reflect how contractors actually work day-to-day, helping reduce administration and improve purchasing efficiency.

Bringing Specification and Procurement Together

One of the key principles behind Brymec’s digital investment is recognising that projects do not operate in silos.

The specification phase influences procurement. Procurement influences delivery. Delivery influences programme outcomes.

For that reason, the Technical Resource Library and MyBrymec Portal have been developed to work alongside one another.

Professionals can access the information required to design and specify systems with confidence, while moving seamlessly into procurement using the same product information and technical data.

The result is greater consistency throughout the project lifecycle, reducing the risk of information gaps and helping project teams work more efficiently.
