We have had a fantastic start to the year with March recorded as our best month ever, and Q1 being over 20% up on last year!

We put the growth down to our excellence in service with our stock fulfilment currently at 99.7% on core items and our delivery OTIF at 99.4%.

Our Technical Team had an exciting visit to one of the biggest property developer and house building groups in the UK where we held a practical demonstration involving assembly of a test rig and then a Pressure Test to 20 bar.

Using Brymec Copper Press, Valves, Pressure gauge and pipe clamps, the demonstration successfully showed the quality and robustness of our products and also clarified the combination of unique features to gain the necessary approval from the client for use on an important new project.

During April we were excited to announce the launch of Brymec's improved delivery tracking platform! This offers customers:

We pride ourselves on being more than just a supplier of product. Brymec provides customers with full support including giving in-depth training and inspection of our product ranges. 

Seen here is our Key Account Manager, Nathan Gardiner, who went on-site to one of our clients at short notice to give Copper Press Training to the installation team.

The morning went smoothly with a short presentation, and practical demo and the team also got hands-on experience with our Copper Press System and easy installation process.  Certificates were given out which allowed the client to go forward with the project with the Copper Press systems supplied to the site by Brymec.
