Brymec Summer School Holiday Promotion – Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Period
This promotion is valid from 17th July 2025 to 29th August 2025, inclusive. Orders placed outside of this period will not be eligible for the promotion.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the promotion:
- The order value must exceed £500 (excluding VAT).
- The project must be within the educational sector (see definition below).
- Only one promotional bundle is permitted per company account number during the promotional period.
3. Definition of Educational Sector Projects
For the purposes of this promotion, a project is considered to be in the educational sector if it involves the supply of goods or services to:
- Primary or secondary schools
- Colleges or sixth form institutions
- Universities or higher education institutions
- Nurseries or early years education providers
- Local authority or government-funded educational facilities
- Private educational institutions
Projects must be clearly identifiable as serving one of the above categories. Brymec reserves the right to request verification of the project’s eligibility.
4. Promotional Bundle
- The promotional bundle is limited to one per company account number, regardless of the number or value of qualifying orders.
- Bundles are available while stocks last and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
5. General Conditions
- Brymec reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Any disputes relating to the promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Brymec.
- The delivery of the promotional bundle will only go the nominated address and will take place within 3 weeks of the redeeming order being placed.
